This year we are doing something a little different. Outside of your room or campsite, meals if you choose the campground cafeteria, and the $10 per person insurance fee, we are not charging you anything to be a part of camp. Instead, because we know finances are tight for many, we want to make this time of fellowship more affordable. Normally this fee is ~$200 a family. This year we are only asking those who can to participate in sending a love offering of any amount to cover our costs.
These costs (for this year) are approximately:
$800 for rental of the Chalet
$2000 for projects/crafts (1 a day Mon-Thurs)
$3000-$4000 for a speaker (room, meals, travel and speaking costs)
What we will offer will depend completely on the love offerings given in advance of camp. We will have Devotionals, Worship, Games, Dowel Rod Drama and other activities. (Yes, we still have more plaster!) As offerings come in and events are confirmed, we will list them here.
